I have a 20+ year career in management consulting and development in international corporate environments. Creating, growing and transforming business organizations and people is the theme that links the various chapters of my consulting work life.
I believe that the first condition for the success of any project is the climate, the culture, the attitude towards change. With unrivaled focus and attention to these aspects in organizations, I design journeys, workshops and interventions to find the best strategic destination and generate value.
As a trainer and coach, I support people in their path of change, allowing to pinpoint their destination and mapping out the journey to take to achieve their professional and personal goals.

With more than 20 years of experience in business management, I’ve been studying how the interplay between sales, marketing and top management influences companies and SMEs expansion.
Through a very broad analytical vision and a diversified approach, I work with companies to create a successful marketing strategy seeking innovative solutions and helping identify the right path for their business, to achieve their strategic goals and results.
In addition to working with companies, I also help professionals building and cultivating their personal brand, an asset more important than ever allowing to control the narrative of our online reputation.

I have been working in management consulting for over 20 years, and my true mission is conscious evolution. After a long career in multinational corporations, I decided to put my experience at the service of companies to help them look at themselves from the outside, with a broader and more strategic lens.
My specialty has become decoding the external environment to turn it into a concrete competitive advantage. I believe it’s not enough to just understand where the world is going: it takes the courage to act. That’s why I support organizations in leading change, rather than just reacting to it.
